We all know the right pair of heels can make all the difference in an outfit, and today I’m excited to review the Steve Madden Daisie pumps. It’s no news that I love my high heels and recently I’ve been on the hunt for some new pumps. Well, let’s be honest, I’m always on the hunt but this time I specifically wanted some fun colors. I first spotted these at Nordstrom during a leisurely window shopping trip, and I was drawn to the sexy curves and slim heel. I went online right away to see if they were available in other colors, and I was sold on the green. I’ve been rocking them for the past few weeks, so I thought I’d share my thoughts on them.

Comfort Level: 7/10
According to Mr Louboutin, “I would hate for someone to look at my shoes and say ‘O my God! That looks so comfortable’!” While I love a sexy heel, I still need some level of comfort so good thing these are not red bottoms! Now, these are definitely not my most comfortable heels, but they aren’t the most uncomfortable either; I actually find them pretty comfortable for the first few hours of wear. I can make it through an entire day at work without doing the pigeon walk (lol) or feeling like I need someone to carry me to my car. It also works great for dinner or other events where you are not on your feet the whole time, but I would proceed with caution if wearing it to a wedding where you’ll be dancing for many hours.
Fit & Quality: 8/10
I find the fit to be true to size and it molds to my feet in a very nice way, almost like a cocoon. I love that it has a peep of toe cleavage, but I’m taking some points off for the way it gets a bit squished around the little toe. Quality seems quite good for the price and I don’t see any obvious signs of a cheaply made shoe. I didn’t pre-treat the suede to protect it but maybe I should to help prevent scuffing.
Compliment-ometer: 10/10
Yep i just made up a word! The first day I wore them to work, I figured I’d have a spin around the block during lunch to see how long I would last walking around. Boy let me tell you, I constantly got stopped on the streets with compliments from random strangers; male and female! I wanted to keep strutting up and down the streets but alas duty called haha.
Value for your money: 7.5/10
This retails for less thanΒ a $100 which is my upper limit for this type of brand and style. I prefer to stay around $50-$60, but I couldn’t resist the gorgeous color.Β The bad news is that Steve Madden always seems to exclude them from their sales so that’s a bummer!Β I do love that it doesn’t look cheap and could probably pass for something more expensive.
Overall, I recommend them and I already have my eyes on some other colors, maybe even a black leather pair for a classic look.
Are you a high heel lover like me? Would you wear colorful pumps or do you stick to the classics? Let me know in the comments!
Hope you enjoyed this review of the Steve Madden Daisie pumps and thank you so much for reading!
